"Dale was the best agent we could ask for.My partner and I were selling a home we purchased for his parents, following their demise. Dale was extremely sensitive to our grief and helped us strike a balance between expediting the sale and taking the time we needed to move all their belongings, many of which had sentimental value.We lived hours away from the property and very much appreciated his proactiveness in helping us with the things that needed to be done locally, such as donating and selling furniture and other items.Dale was on point with the selling price, which matched the appraisal exactly.
